  I bought a great car, the wife is happy,but don't expect the finance department to be honest. Completely ripped me off on my trade in. Gave me about 1/3 of the blue book trade in value! I should have done my homework first and my smartphone was died while doing research at the dealership but shame on them for disguising themselves as a reputable dealer. I honestly feel disrespected. I guess you live and learn. Learn from my mistake!

  My mom at the age of 76 unfortunately was in a very bad car accident days after Christmas and her car was totaled. It was very stressful for my mom, who is very independent, to not have transportation. After working with brokers who said my mom could not afford a small suv and would have to downsize into something cheaper, I did not feel we were going to get her into a safe enough car with a higher clearance for good visibility. That is until meeting Eva and her team at Empire Nissan. They made the process so easy and effortless that we will never look anywhere else or work with anyone else ever again. I can say that because the team has been together there for many years. That has to tell you something about the dealership to have such good retention of their sales and finance team members. Feel safe about letting them know exactly what you can afford and trust them to get you in the best car for your money. Thank you again Eva, Henry, and Issa.
